Hey everyone! I hope you've had an amazing week:)) Highlights: ☆Mission Conference! We talked about how the day of miracles has not ceased.  ☆Exchanges w/ my other mission sister (Hna. Ayala). She is such a hard worker! It was really fun!! ☆We had an Hermana's Devo and all the Hermanas shared how Christ helped them overcome their fears this transfer! And then we had a surprise party for Hna. Echeverria's 20th Bday!! ☆Woke up at 5 am Sunday just to drive to and from Costa Mesa (hour round trip) because Sumoconsejo was rescheduled and they didn't tell the missionaries. Miracles: ☆Ariana is progressing so much (she is the niece of a family in our ward)! Literally a few months ago when she was taught by the Hermanas she was not interested but te Lord has prepared her. She is reading the Book of Mormon and coming to church every Sunday. Woohoo! ☆Our friend Cornelio who is on date to be baptized next month came to church! He doesn't have a car so he was planning on taking...

Wow! Time is flying by. It's hard to believe I'll hit 8 months this week. I just want time to slow down!! This week... ☆We finally got in contact with the chicas. Sky, Lupita, Ivory, and Leilani are all neighbors. They came to the Youth Activity and we had an awesome lesson with them!! ☆I had such a fun and miracle-filled exchange with Hermana Votaw. We felt prompted to visit Bianca, a teenager who was taught in the past. We got to her apartment complex and we didn't have her door number. We had stopped to try to call some missionaries to figure it out when this sweet old lady came up to us! Turns out she's a member visiting her friend who is Bianca's mom! Milagrooooossss!!! So she led us to Bianca and we had a really powerful lesson with her and now Hermana Votaw & Hermana Garcia are going to start teaching her!! ☆President's Interview and MLC (Mission Leadership Council)! President gave some great advice in my interview and in MLC about prioritizing that I...

Here's an update on the last TWO weeks... ☆We got to go to Día de Hispanidad!!! It's this big event that's basically like Christmas for the Spanish stake. 4 hours of food and music and watching tradicional Hispanic dances!! It was so fun. The best part was I got to see so many friends. Hna Jackson, Hna. Young, Brenda & Enrique's family ANNNNDDD...my trainer Hermana Midence surprised us and came back with her family.  ☆Went on FOUR exchanges...with Hna. Garcia, Hna. Garrick, Hna. Veikoso, & Hna. Echeverria. We worked really hard, found new people to teach, learned a lot, and went to bed really tired every time.  ☆When I was on exchanges with Hermana Garcia, we met this lady on the street a few weeks ago named Eloina. We shared with her the Restoration and she started to cry and told us she knows it is true.
